Karate Kids

Yesterday Rulon came ran out to the car after school with his bag of valentines in tow and a very specific valentine on his mind, "MOM, Noah have me a valentine to come see his karate class!!" Sure enough. A valentine from a karate studio good for a 30 day free trial. This was not the first time he had talked about karate... more like the third.

Rulon's jaw dropped when I said, "lets call them and set something up."
"Right now?"
"Yup, hand me the card."
"Right NOW? In the car."
"Sure." (we were parked at the school still)
"Uh. ok. You're going to call the karate place right now."
"Listen and see my boy."
I called and scheduled both boys for their first free class the very next night.
"How about that Rulon, karate tomorrow night!?"
"OH MY GOSH HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO ME! Thanks mom!"
