Happy 7th Birthday to our waaay too grown up Rulon!

Rulon requested a Titanic cake... ta da!

This boy has been in to the Titanic for a while now.  Thanks Auntie Melissa for the Titanic books, he was especially excited about the coloring book.

 Dad delivered on the new cowboy hat and BOY was Rulon excited!!!

 We opened present in the morning with Chester and then Julie and the kids drove to St George to spend the next week with Grandpa Dennis.

 Hmmm, wonder what a 7 year old wishes for?

Orem Summerfest

My friend Colleen and I took the kids to the Orem Summerfest fair and carnival over the weekend.  It was hot and fun, just what we hoped for. Thanks Colleen!!! Couldn't (and wouldn't) have done it without you.

We watched the Air Med helicopter land and all Mina wanted was to "go up in a sky in a hell-copter"

The kids took turns being injured in the ambulance while the others tended to their injuries.

 The boys ran around on this "ride?" forever, they were pirates...

 Colleen brought ice cream treats.  They were delish!

Mina's fav was riding the horsies.  I had to pay a ticket to stand by her. lame.

But she really did love it!

The kiddos pink cheeks and grins were adorable! It was a lot of work but totally worth it.

Summer Has Arrived

Mads has ditched his training wheels!!! Yay buddy! Chester has tried several times to help the boys ride their bikes without training wheels to no avail.  Today was the golden day!  Way to stick with it Chester and Mads.  Rulon wasn't having it, but he was (sort of) happy for Mads.
